WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are hiring a Senior Account Executive with a proven background in digital advertising sales. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on identifying the most effective digital advertising solutions to drive growth for clients across a range of industries.

You’ll be responsible for building and closing a pipeline of qualified leads, creating custom proposals, and presenting compelling, data-informed solutions. This is not a media buying role—this is a sales-first position with unlimited earning potential and direct exposure to leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities aligned with DOE’s client profile
  • Answer inbound inquiries via email, FB/IG messages and web forms with prompt replies
  • Qualify inbound leads for our Account Executive team who will help facilitate client closes
  • Ruthlessly stay on top of all inbound clients interested in our services
  • Organize inbound leads and ensure all sales team and onboarding team members have everything they need seamlessly
  • Creatively test replies to get the best outcome to book a sales call
  • Sell DOE Media Services such as Facebook, Google, YouTube and TikTok advertising along with SEO, Web development, Web design and Email marketing services
  • Provide consistent product value to all of your clients
  • Manage client relationships across their entire lifecycle
  • Identify client needs and position DOE Media in a way that sets the relationship and project up for success
  • Investigate the customer’s long-term business objectives and anticipate future needs
  • Identify opportunities to expand into additional functional orgs or business units
  • Conduct audits on digital marketing accounts (Meta, Google, Email, etc.) to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead sales presentations that communicate the value of our digital strategies
  • Effectively handle client objections and close deals with confidence and clarity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on campaign strategies and client onboarding
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and submit regular sales performance updates
  • Stay current on trends in digital marketing and proactively identify new growth areas for clients
  • Partner with leadership on sales strategy, market positioning, and growth planning

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 3+ years experience closing business in a digital agency or adtech environment
  • Direct experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Background in working with email, SMS, or website development is a plus
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’re comfortable presenting to execs or startups
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability in fast-moving environments
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
