Responsibilities

• Maintain Self Checkout Area Standards—keep area clean, safe, and organized, free of debris and spills.
• Promote Walmart programs and initiatives such as credit card services, product protection plans, and charitable initiatives when applicable.
• Assist customers at self checkout to use the system quickly and confidently; monitor activity and escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager as needed.
• Respond to EAS alarms and accurately complete the 'Failure to Deactivate' log.
• Manage Scan & Go equipment and ensure scanners are returned to storage locations after use.
• Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support store operations.
