Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized self checkout area.
• Promote Walmart programs and initiatives.
• Assist customers at self checkout and explain interventions in a friendly way; escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager when needed.
• Respond to EAS alarms and accurately complete the required log.
• Manage Scan & Go equipment and return scanners to storage after use.
