Job summary

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized self checkout area.
• Promote company programs including credit card services, product protection plans, and charitable initiatives.
• Assist customers at self checkout, explain interventions and escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager.
• Respond to EAS alarms and accurately complete the “Failure to Deactivate” log.
• Return Scan & Go scanners to their designated storage locations after use.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
