In this fast-paced role you will respond to alarms, manage Scan & Go equipment, and support a smooth shopping experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are available to fit business needs.

• Maintain Self Checkout Area Standards: keep area clean, safe, organized and free of debris.

• Respond to EAS alarms and document properly in the log.
• Manage Scan & Go equipment and ensure it is stored after use.

Clearly explain any interventions in a friendly, reassuring way and escalate cash or technical issues to the Customer Service Manager.Respond to EAS Alerts and Complete DocumentationResponds to EAS alarms in accordance with procedures and accurately completes the “Failure to Deactivate” log.Manage Scan & Go EquipmentEnsures Scan & Go scanners are returned to their designated storage locations after use.Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) • Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
