Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe self-service area.
• Educating customers on using self-service options efficiently.
• Promoting sponsor programs such as credit cards, product protection, and charity initiatives.
• Monitoring customer activity to offer assistance when needed.
• Explaining and reassuring customers during quality checks or interventions.
• Responding to EAS alarms and completing related logs.
• Reporting technical issues or cash shortages to management.
• Returning Scan & Go scanners after use.
