Responsibilities

• Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from initial planning to review.
• Perform in-depth reviews of engagements to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and provide updates.
• Develop understanding of clients’ business to identify opportunities.
• Communicate significant issues and proposed solutions to engagement partner.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to Assurance team members.
• Complete annual team member performance evaluations.

Taylor Leibow is looking for a full-time Senior Assurance Manager. The expected salary range for this position is $116,500 – $160,000.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in a public accounting firm; and
• A minimum of 4 years of management experience within public accounting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from initial planning through to review;
• Perform in-depth reviews of engagements to ensure compliance with professional and firm standards;
• Maintain regular contact with clients and provide updates on engagement process;
• Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business to better identify opportunities and areas of risk;
• Communicate significant issues and proposed solutions to engagement partner;
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to Assurance team members; and
• Complete annual team member performance evaluations.
