Job summary

DLF Canada in Surrey, BC is seeking a Production Associate to support warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced plant environment. You will operate on the production line, assist with order selection, packaging, and equipment handling, while prioritizing safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume setting.
Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to workplace safety and product quality.
Dependable and able to perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to move and/or lift up to 55 lbs on a continuous basis.
Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Operate on the production line with consistency, speed, and accuracy.
Verify product accuracy using Production Bill of Materials and report quality issues as needed.
Select and stage orders accurately for processing or shipment.
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Build and wrap pallets securely for storage or distribution.
Attach accurate labels and tags to products and packages.
