DLF Canada in Surrey is seeking a Production Associate to support warehouse and production operations. You will participate in order selection, operate equipment, and handle materials to help meet daily production and shipping targets while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training and safety protocols are provided to ensure a compliant, efficient workflow.

• Operate on the production line with consistency, speed, and accuracy.
• Verify product accuracy using Production Bill of Materials and report quality issues.
• Select and stage orders accurately for processing or shipment.
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform repetitive tasks related to seed or product handling and packaging.
• Build and wrap pallets securely for storage or distribution.
• Attach accurate labels and tags to products and packages per standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
