Job summary

NPAworldwide in Mississauga is seeking a Security Service Technician to install, service and repair electronic alarm, CCTV, PA, intercom and audio systems at commercial sites.

You will prepare work orders, coordinate with customers, and troubleshoot faults to ensure optimal system performance. Strong communication and a proven customer-facing background are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years experience in Commercial/Industrial security alarm, CCTV equipment, PA, Intercom and/or Audio Systems
• Experience with testing, repair, installation, troubleshooting and fault testing
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Able to work independently or in a team
• Must have experience in customer facing/customer service
