Job summary

Securitas Canada Limited is seeking a Security Site Supervisor in Edmonton to lead daily site operations, supervise guards, and ensure compliance with site requirements. The role emphasizes strong communication, training, and incident management, with 40-hour weeks and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, a valid Security Guard License, and the ability to train staff on site procedures while maintaining professional standards

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security guards during daily site operations.
• Provide training on site-specific tasks, procedures, and expectations.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with staff and management.
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols, licensing requirements, and Controlled Goods standards.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and address operational concerns.
• Complete reports, documentation, and incident follow-ups as required.

SECURITY SITE SUPERVISOR

Location: EDMONTON

We are seeking a highly capable and professional Security Site Supervisor to support daily operations, lead security personnel, and ensure compliance with site requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in security operations.

Shifts are from 0800 to 1700 – Monday to Friday

• 40 hours per week - Shift schedules may vary depending on operational requirements
