Job summary

Securitas Canada Limited in Edmonton is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to lead daily site operations, supervise guards, and ensure adherence to security protocols. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a solid background in security operations.

Shifts run 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours weekly. The ideal candidate will train staff on site procedures, maintain reports, and collaborate with management to meet licensing and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 2-5+ years of security experience (preferred).
• Computer skills and ability to use security-related software.
• Valid Security Guard License.
• Ability to train guards on daily site tasks and operational procedures.
• Able to walk, stand, and conduct patrols.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Must be able to get more training if required.

We are seeking a highly capable and professional Security Site Supervisor to support daily operations, lead security personnel, and ensure compliance with site requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in security operations.

Shifts are from 0800 to 1700 – Monday to Friday

• 40 hours per week - Shift schedules may vary depending on operational requirements
