Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Service Manager to oversee Winnipeg region security operations across client sites. You will manage personnel, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business development within a hybrid work model.

The role requires leading teams, coordinating with clients, and delivering operational excellence. The position offers a salary range of $60,000–$64,800 CAD annually, including a car allowance, with additional non-taxable fuel allowances and performance

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in security operations or management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of security operations, risk management, and incident response.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security management systems.
• Valid Manitoba Class G driver’s licence with clean record.
• Willingness to travel across Winnipeg region and respond to emergencies after hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations across client sites.
• Ensure compliance with policies, requirements, and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain service quality.
• Implement emergency response procedures and handle issues.
• Supervise and develop security personnel.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and address inquiries.
• Prepare and present operational reports and updates.
• Support budgeting and financial planning for the branch.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize staffing.
• Collaborate with sales to pursue new contracts and expand accounts.
• Maintain documentation of operations, incidents, and inspections.
• Ensure regulatory licensing and contractual obligations are met.
• Provide timely reports to regional leadership and implement corrective actions.
