Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Service Manager in Winnipeg, MB. This hybrid role combines remote, office, and on-site responsibilities to oversee security operations across the Winnipeg region.

You will lead security teams, manage client relations, contribute to financial planning, and identify new business opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in security operations or management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, and incident response.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management systems.
• Valid Manitoba Class G driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the Hamilton area and respond to emergencies outside regular business hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations across assigned client sites.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and operational audits to maintain service quality.
• Implement emergency response procedures and address operational issues.
• Supervise, support, and develop security personnel.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and review performance.
• Prepare and present operational reports and service updates.
• Support branch budgeting, cost control, and staffing optimisation.
