Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional for a Residential Site in Scarborough, ON. This full-time role operates Sunday to Wednesday 11:00 PM–7:00 AM and Saturdays 11:00 PM–11:00 AM, at a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Candidates must hold an Ontario Security License and be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have Concierge Security experience on a residential site, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in Concierge Security on a Residential Site.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Must have a Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR.
• Valid Driver's Licence is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
