Job summary

Intact Financial Corporation in Montreal seeks a Manager of Security Platforms and Resilience to lead a strategic SOC team. The role focuses on modernizing security operations, advancing SIEM, data pipelines and AI-driven automation, while ensuring service reliability and governance.

You will collaborate with executives and partners to translate security, compliance and business needs into reliable, scalable services across Canada.

Qualifications

• Graduate studies in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, data science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years in cybersecurity, platform engineering, security operations, data tech or related.
• At least 5 years leading a team of engineers, security ops or data professionals.
• Excellent English and French communication; bilingual is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Security Operations Centre engineering, platforms and resilience teams and security demo capabilities.
• Define and execute the modernization strategy for SIEM, data pipelines and AI-enabled ops.
• Ensure availability, performance, security, resilience and cost optimization of SOC infrastructure.
• Drive AI and automation to improve alert triage, detection, and incident response.
