Job summary

Walmart Canada in Hamilton is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to help create a safe, secure store environment for customers, associates, visitors, and vendors. You will patrol the floor, verify doors and security features, and support loss prevention efforts.

You will investigate shrink, assist with emergencies, perform external apprehensions when required, and report findings to leadership while following company guidelines. Flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Age 16 or older
• License - Security Guard License

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily patrols to ensure a safe and secure store environment.
• Investigates incidents of shrink and communicates findings to Store Leadership.
• Supports store evacuation and emergency procedures during incidents.
• Carries out external apprehensions in compliance with policies.
• Gathers and communicates information to leadership and stakeholders.
