Job summary

Northern Force Security is seeking dedicated security guards for a 2-month project in Richmond Hill / Vaughan area. Shifts run 7am–7pm, Monday–Friday, 12-hour days with 3–4 shifts per week. Candidates must hold a valid Security Guard License, CPR/First Aid, and a clean background check, plus a valid driver’s license.

Experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred, and use of force training is a plus. Excellent English communication and reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Security Guard License.
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Clear Criminal and Background Check.
• DRIVER'S LICENSE required.
• 3 years of previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or other related fields.
• Use of Force License (preferred).
• Ability to act swiftly and responsibly in emergency situations.

• Provide professional and friendly customer service to the client and public.
• Adhere to all security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a strong work ethic, professional attitude, integrity, and responsibility.
