Qualifications

• Must have Residential Concierge Security experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain professional attitude toward training and security protocols, including emergency response.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Title: Security Guard - Residential Floater

Location: North York, Ontario

Pay rate: $17.60 per hour

Status: Part-time / Casual

Shift: Must have the ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
