Responsibilities

• Provide a professional security presence while maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, staff, and contractors.
• Monitor access control systems and conduct visitor screening in accordance with site policies.
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the facility and surrounding property.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, medical situations, and alarms.
• Prepare detailed incident, occurrence, and daily activity reports.
• Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures while providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist staff, residents, and visitors with directions, escorts, and general inquiries.
• De-escalate conflict situations using professional communication and problem-solving techniques.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Support emergency response procedures, including fire alarms, evacuations, and lockdowns.

Title: Security Guard - Long Term Care in BramptonType: Full TimePay Rate: $18.15/hourShift: Sunday - Saturday | 12 Hour Continental Overnight Shift | 8pm - 8amSite Requirement:Due to the high-profile long term care environment, selected candidates will be required to provide proof of the following:
