Responsibilities

• Provide access control for the facility and designated areas.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and customer-friendly image at all times.
• Manage conflicts and incidents and de-escalate when necessary.
• Conduct patrols and follow site protocols including indoor/outdoor patrols.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during alarms or emergencies.
• Complete site-specific training and follow directions of Site Supervisor.
• Demonstrate sound judgment during emergencies or incidents.
• Maintain meticulous records and reports with strong communication.
• Operate security room equipment and complete required site training.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $ 18.32 per hour

Shifts : Monday and Tuesday = 00:00 - 06:30, Friday = 06:30 - 16:30, and Saturday is 20:00 - 08:00

Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions

• Provide access control for the facility and designated areas.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and customer-friendly image at all times.
• Manage conflicts and incidents effectively and de-escalate situations when necessary.
• Conduct patrols and follow site protocols as outlined in the post orders, including indoor and outdoor patrols and managing the movement of guests throughout the property.
• Ensure that the facility's safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site emergencies.
• Complete all site-specific training and follow the direction and guidance of the Site Supervisor or Manager.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, common sense, and decision-making abilities, particularly when required to take charge and direct others during emergencies or incidents.
• Maintain meticulous records and reports, utilizing strong observation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Operate and monitor security room equipment and complete all required site training.
