Canad Inns in Portage la Prairie, MB is seeking an Evening/Overnight Security Guard to help maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. This role suits those who are alert at night and dedicated to service.

You will patrol the Destination Centre, respond to incidents, assist guests during emergencies, and follow LGCA guidelines. Availability includes evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Security guard license is required or active.
• Basic computer and math skills are needed for daily tasks.
• Must remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant individual to join our team as an Evening/Overnight Security Guard.

Important Notice: This position is located in Portage la Prairie, MB.

Availability: Must be available to work evening and overnight shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and statutory holidays, as required to meet company operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the Destination Centre and assist guests staying within said Destination Center with any room/security requests;
• Assist guests during any accidents or emergency situations;
• Follow all LGCA guidelines and regulations;
• All other duties as assigned.
