Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• First Aid and CPR Level C certification is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform software administration, data entry, and maintain records.
• Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment; report incidents.
• Control site access and maintain professional customer presence.
• Conduct indoor/outdoor and vehicle patrols as required.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies following site procedures.
• De-escalate conflicts and communicate clearly in all situations.
• Follow post orders and complete site training under supervision.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in security operations.

Requirement:

• Valid Ontario security guard license
