Allied Universal in Cambridge, ON is hiring Security Professionals for full-time night shifts. The role involves frontline security duties, monitoring access, CCTV, incident reporting, and working with a team to ensure client safety.

The position requires a valid Ontario security guard license, First Aid/CPR, and eligibility to work 40 hours weekly. Night shifts, professional demeanor, and strong customer service are essential.

• Conduct indoor and outdoor patrols while following site protocols and post orders, including monitoring customer and guest movement throughout the property.


• Ensure all safety and emergency procedures are followed during fire alarms and other site emergencies.


• Complete all site-specific training and follow guidance provided by the Site Supervisor or Manager.


• Demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and decision-making skills during emergencies and incidents.


• Maintain accurate records, complete incident reports, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.


• Operate and monitor security systems, CCTV equipment, and complete all required training programs.
