Elite Residential Concierge Services Inc. is seeking a professional Concierge Guard to join our team in the GTA. The role focuses on residential security, access control, and customer service within luxury condominium environments.

We offer consistent work with night shifts, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Strong teamwork and reliable transportation are essential for coordinating across multiple locations in the GTA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Residential Concierge
• Ontario Security License required
• First Aid and CPR Certification required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and security software

Responsibilities

• Control vehicle and pedestrian access to the property
• Greet guests, sign-in and answer questions
• Monitor security cameras and alarms
• Issue and manage keys for trades and staff
• Program and manage access control for the complex
• Supervise a small team of 4–6 staff
• Coordinate with property management and Elite leadership

To support our commitment to delivering best-in-class residential service, we are seeking a professional and experienced Concierge Guard to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property
• Greet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer pertinent questions
• Monitor security cameras
• Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors
• Operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios and phones
• Ensure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
• Create assigned reports
• Program and manage access control systems for the entire complex
• Monitor, Train, and evaluate a team of 4-6 staff members
• Liaise with property management, board members and Elite management regarding pertinent security matters
• Be the first and main point of contact in case of emergencies or any site related issues
• Create and adjust staff schedules, ensure that contractually obligated services are met and provided and when necessary, fill in shifts.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Residential Concierge
• Valid Ontario Security License
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observational, reporting, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers, security software, access control systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple work locations as assigned.
• Professional, dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.

Compensation

• The expected compensation for this role is $18.50 - $19.50 per hour.

Schedule

1. Saturday 11pm to 11am and Sunday 11pm to 7am

2. Thursday 11pm to 7am and Friday 11pm to 11am
