Responsibilities

• Incident Reporting: Document and report incidents accurately with relevant details.
• Maintain a visible security presence at the retail premises to deter theft and disturbances.
• Threat Assessment: Evaluate situations to determine risk and appropriate response.
• Professional Communication: Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders via email.
• Assist customers and staff by providing directions and safety-related information without disrupting operations.
• Emergency Response: Act swiftly and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain logs of incidents and inspections for compliance and review.

Job Title: Security Guard - Full Time

Type: Full-time

Pay rate: $17.60 - $18.50 per hour

Shifts: Monday - Friday 1600-2359

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Incident Reporting:Document and report incidents accurately, ensuring all relevant details are captured for future reference and analysis.
• Maintain a visible security presence:Staying stationed at a fixed location within the retail premises to deter theft, vandalism, or other suspicious activities.
• Threat Assessment:Evaluate situations to determine the level of risk and recommend appropriate responses.
• Professional Communication:Maintain clear and professional communication through email correspondence with team members and other stakeholders.
• Assist customers and staff: By providing directions, answering safety-related questions, and offering assistance as needed, without disrupting the flow of operations.
• Emergency Response:Act swiftly in emergency situations, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
• Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintain accurate logs of incidents, inspections, and other relevant documentation for compliance and review.
