We are currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant individual to join our team as a Security Guard. If you are passionate about ensuring a safe and secure environment, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

• Patrol the Destination Centre and assist guests staying within said Destination Center with any room/security requests.
• Assist guests during any accidents or emergency situations.
• Follow all LGCA guidelines and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Manitoba Security Guard License.
• Previous security experience is considered an asset.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Availability Requirements

Must have open availability and flexibility to work varying shifts based on operational requirements.
