Life Time in Vaughan, Ontario seeks a Spa Operations Leader to greet guests, deliver technical services, and drive education across LifeSpa offerings.

You will mentor staff, manage payroll, arrange schedules, and lead monthly team meetings, while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment.

The role requires 5+ years in a technical field, 1–2 years of salon/spa leadership, and a high school diploma; compensation includes commissions and hourly wages.

Pay

This position will be paid commissions based on Team Member's Personal Productivity and will also be eligible for incentive pay based on department performance. The weekly minimum pay for the position will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.
