Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I in Ajax, Ontario.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests while creating value-based relationships that support healthy lifestyles. In this role you will help educate members about club programming, events, and policies, and assist with transactions, all within a welcoming, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.60 and pays up to $20.50, based on experience and qualifications.
