Life Time Inc. in Ajax is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver high-quality customer service as the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

The role includes handling calls, educating on programs, events, and policies, processing transactions, and supporting a healthy lifestyle. Wages start at CAD 17.60/hour and go up to CAD 20.50/hour with benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
• HS graduate or equivalent preferred.

Position Summary

The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value-based relationships which increases member loyalty and assists them in meeting their healthy way of life goals.

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.60 and pays up to $20.50, based on experience and qualifications.
