Security Concierge (4on/4 off, 6AM-4:30PM schedule)

Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking a Security/Customer Service Associate to provide on-site presence, assist customers, monitor CCTV, perform patrols and respond to incidents across our property. The role requires availability for 10-hour shifts on a 4 on/4 off schedule.

Responsibilities include door security, reporting, light maintenance tasks, and collaboration with the Leader. Requires valid driver's license and ability to walk, lift up to 10 kg, and work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• 2 years Customer Service and/or Security Experience preferred.
• Security License required.
• Computer experience is required with web based programs preferred.

• Provide excellent customer service, by opening doors, assisting with bags et
• Site visits, patrol on foot exterior and interior property. Inspect all walkways, stairs, water drainage on side of building, building numbers, vacant ground level apartments, trees, tool shed, gravel boxes, benches, office/maintenance shop, garbage bins, fire hydrants, lights, recreational areas, entrances and exits.
• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect suspicious or unauthorized activity, review video recordings to investigate incidents, document and report findings, maintain surveillance logs, support internal investigations by locating, reviewing, and summarizing relevant video footage, preserve evidence, and comply with privacy, confidentiality, and security policies.
• Ensure all signs are clearly visible and do not need any repairs.
• Inspect parking areas, Look for damaged or abandoned vehicles, license plates with expired plates, or missing plates, visitor parking, pot holes
• Replace burnt out lights as needed.
• Pick up garbage
• Snow removal as required
• Touch-up painting as required
• Phone check in with Customer Service
• Ensure Image Wear is clean, neat and recognizable to customers
• Complete all reports and sent them to the Leader daily
• Ensure all correspondence with Customers is noted in Tenant Memo field
• Respond to lock out, noise complaints, On Call Maintenance assistance
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Leader
• Must have valid Drivers license and vehicle.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• 2 years Customer Service and or Security Experience preferred
• Security License required

Technical Requirements:

• Computer experience is required with web based programs preferred
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing systems and new technology
• Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset
