We are seeking a Security Concierge to join our team. Using the latest technology, we ensure our Residents feel safe and secure. If you think quickly and provide excellent customer service, we want to meet you!

*This is a 1-year temporary contract. Shifts are Tuesday through Saturday, 9 pm to 5:30 am. Applicants must be available for this shift.*

Responsibilities:

  • Be a visual presence on site to ensure safety and comfort of residents
  • Provide excellent customer service, including opening doors and assisting with bags
  • Conduct site visits and patrols, inspecting walkways, stairs, drainage, building numbers, vacant apartments, trees, sheds, benches, offices, garbage bins, fire hydrants, lights, recreational areas, entrances, and exits
  • Ensure all signage is visible and in good repair
  • Inspect parking areas for damaged, abandoned, or missing vehicles, and manage visitor parking and potholes
  • Replace burnt-out lights as needed
  • Pick up garbage and perform snow removal and touch-up painting as required
  • Communicate with Customer Service via phone
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and recognizable image wear
  • Complete daily reports and send to the leader
  • Document all correspondence with residents in the Tenant Memo field
  • Respond to lockouts, noise complaints, and assist with on-call maintenance
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the leader
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service and/or security experience preferred
  • Security license required

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency with computers and web-based programs
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technology
  • Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset
