We are seeking a Security Concierge to join our team. Using the latest technology, we ensure our Resident Members feel safe and secure. If you are quick-thinking and excel at customer service, we want to meet you!

*This is a 1-year temporary contract. Shifts are Tuesday through Saturday, 9 pm - 5:30 am. Candidates must be available for these hours.*

Responsibilities:
  • Be a visible presence on site to ensure safety and comfort of residents
  • Provide excellent customer service, including opening doors and assisting with bags
  • Conduct site visits and patrols, inspecting walkways, stairs, water drainage, building numbers, vacant apartments, trees, sheds, gravel boxes, benches, maintenance areas, garbage bins, fire hydrants, lights, recreational areas, and entrances/exits
  • Ensure all signage is visible and in good condition
  • Inspect parking areas for damaged or abandoned vehicles, expired plates, or missing plates; monitor visitor parking and potholes
  • Replace burnt-out lights as needed
  • Perform garbage pickup, snow removal, and touch-up painting as required
  • Perform phone check-ins with Customer Service
  • Maintain a clean and recognizable uniform
  • Complete daily reports and send them to the leader
  • Record all customer interactions in the Tenant Memo field
  • Respond to lockouts, noise complaints, and assist with on-call maintenance
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the leader

Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Experience and Educational Requirements:
  • 2 years of customer service or security experience preferred
  • Security license required
Technical Requirements:
  • Experience with computers and web-based programs required
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Familiarity with tablets is an asset
