Job summary

MDA Space is seeking a Security Administrator to manage and monitor personnel security clearances under the CSP and CGP, ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations. The role covers documentation, government liaison, and process improvements.

It also involves training staff and maintaining records for a diverse, global team. The successful candidate will hold reliability clearance, support multiple sites, and collaborate with HR and facilities on badges and access, within a dynamic aerospace

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administration experience.
• College degree in administration or related field is an asset.
• Bilingual French/English is an asset; ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Complete administration of security clearances for CGP and CSP.
• Coordinate with government agencies on pending clearances.
• Gather documents for security clearance submissions and maintain records.
• Act as Alternate Company Security Officer (ACSO) and Designated Official (DO).
• Monitor expirations and renewals of existing clearances.
• Provide training on security procedures to employees.
