Business Administration Security (12 Month Term)

Victoria, BC

Expected Salary: $51,888 to $77,831

In this role, you will:

  1. Arrange security access to sites, coordinate with Victoria Shipyards Ltd., and facilitate safety training.
  2. Organize and assist in security training and onboarding processes.
  3. Create, record, and distribute facility access cards, program access systems, and manage alarm PIN codes.
  4. Manage building access tracking and communicate security updates.
  5. Prepare security communications and support policy development.
  6. Coordinate security meetings, participate in security analytics discussions, and assist with security system renewals.
  7. Support security briefings, act as a Designated Official, and facilitate security education.
  8. Assist with security documentation and compliance processes.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will:

  1. Be eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance.
  2. Have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Possess project management experience and/or qualifications.
