lululemon is seeking a Senior Technology Manager focused on Security Engineering & Architecture to lead a multidisciplinary team across Security Architecture, Endpoint Security, Attack Surface Management, and Offensive Security. You will drive secure-by-design practices, partner with Enterprise Engineering and Product teams, and balance risk reduction with business enablement.

The role emphasizes team leadership, measurable security outcomes, and collaboration across a fast-growing enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years delivering cybersecurity programs in complex environments.
• 5+ years of people leadership leading technical teams.
• Experience building or transforming cybersecurity capabilities and operating models.
• Experience leading security engineering, endpoint security, infrastructure security, or related disciplines.
• Strong background in security engineering and secure-by-design programs.
• Knowledge of threat modelling and risk management.
• Experience with cloud technologies and modern security practices.
• Experience with offensive security or attack surface management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Security Engineering & Architecture.
• Lead and develop a team of security architects and engineers; foster accountability and inclusion.
• Shape organizational design and strategic planning for security capabilities.
• Establish security architecture standards, reference patterns, threat modelling, and assessments.
• Operationalize scalable security review processes across the technology lifecycle.
• Partner with engineering leaders to embed security early in investments.
