Job Description: 100% Remote

Security SMEs will collaborate with the client security team and other project workstreams to define, document, and assist with the configuration of applicable security controls for a Dynamics 365 ERP implementation. The Security Architect will lead this effort, providing direction to the offshore SME. The scope of work for the security workstream includes:

1. Conduct workshops/interviews: Up to six sessions with client security stakeholders focusing on business and security requirements, Identity and Access Management, Data Protection, and Security Monitoring. These workshops will cover:
   1. Business and Security Requirements: Review policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines; identify key stakeholders and decision processes; review data governance and privacy requirements; discuss security gaps.
   2. Identity and Access Management: RBAC modeling; identify security groups, roles (including custom roles), personas, and access requirements; discuss existing conditional access and MFA.
   3. Data Access & Protection: Gather encryption requirements; discuss key, secret, and certificate management (e.g., Key Vault); review data encryption, tokenization, masking, and anonymization.
   4. Security Monitoring: Discuss security logging and SIEM integration design.
