We are currently seeking a Securities Associate to join our Securities/Corporate Finance/Mergers & Acquisitions team. This role is well suited to candidates with broad-based corporate and securities experience, including experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions for public companies.

The anticipated compensation range for this role is $130,000 - $195,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on factors including years of practice and extent of practice area expertise.
