Contributions to the team

• Manage a team of professionals in project engineering for Ecojet technology development and R&T Labs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring and training, to enable employees to reach their goals.
• Define individual goals and expected results for employees under your supervision.
• Conduct employee performance reviews, and lead the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Interact with cross-functional teams in the establishment of projects scope, schedule and budget.
• Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers and partners representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage priorities between projects and activities.
• Manage communication and visibility reports for the various levels of the organization on risk mitigation, execution, resource allocation and budget.
• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving for your projects and activities.
