Abbotsford Christian School invites applications for the role of Secondary Campus Principal. The campus principal leads a BC Fraser Valley campus, reporting to the Executive Director and ACS Leadership Team.

This is a salaried, full-time position starting September 1, 2027, with a compensation range of CAD 100,000–CAD 150,000 depending on credentials and experience. Ideal candidates will possess a recognized post-graduate degree in education, extensive teaching experience, and strong leadership

Abbotsford Christian School, located in BC’s Fraser Valley, is a well-established interdenominational school of 1300 students in three campuses: elementary (preschool – grade 4), middle (5-8), and secondary (9-12).

SECONDARY CAMPUS PRINCIPAL

Abbotsford Christian School is accepting applications for a SECONDARY CAMPUS PRINCIPAL. The campus principal is the chief administrator of the campus who, in close cooperation and consultation with the Executive Director and staff, is responsible for all operations of the campus. As a visionary leader, the principal communicates, inspires, and motivates the campus staff to carry out the mission, vision, and strategic priorities as established by the ACS Board and ACS Leadership Team. Candidates must be able to demonstrate an exemplary ability to build strong relationships with students in a discipling capacity. Preferred Qualifications include:

• Recognized post-graduate university degree (preferably a master’s degree in education).
• More than five years of teaching experience with proficiency in 21st-centurylearning pedagogies and implementation of a biblical framework.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to provide direction and motivate staff.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong negotiation skills.
• Experience maintaining and fostering a positive student and staff culture.

The ideal applicant must:

• Evidence of commitment to the Christian faith
• BC teaching certification (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated teaching experience and school leadership
• Agreement with the school’s Community Standards Policy

This position is salaried, full-time, and begins September 1, 2027. Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000 (depending on credentials and years of experience)
