Nelson Christian Community School invites applications for a dynamic principal to lead our Christ-centered education program starting August 1, 2024. We seek a spiritual, capable leader who models integrity, strong faith, and a passion for quality Christian education within a close-knit community.

The successful candidate will combine academic leadership with a commitment to faith integration, professional growth, and collaborative school culture.

Qualifications

• Valid BC teaching certificate.
• Master's degree in education or related field is an asset.
• Minimum five years of teaching experience in a K-9 setting.
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Principal or Vice Principal experience is considered an asset.
• Acceptance of the NCCS Statement of Faith, without reservation.
