Job summary

Crate & Barrel in Mississauga is seeking Seasonal Stock Associates to support store operations during peak season. You'll help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and process orders with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend availability around Thanksgiving and Christmas is required; part-time hours may fit your schedule.

With leadership and mentoring support from your leader, Operations Associates ensure our shelves are filled, our displays are complete and our stock room stays prepped and "at the ready" to fulfill customer orders in our stores. A day in the life as a Seasonal Stock Associate...

• Perform prompt and accurate stock checks, while maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom.
• Assist the leadership team with ensuring product and displays on the sales floor are stocked appropriately and available for customers to purchase.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages, including customer curbside pick-up orders, ship from store, and buy online, pick up in store, in a timely manner.
• Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by the leadership team.
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, sharing and demonstrating product knowledge and product expertise, as needed.
• Lead by example and support store leadership in holding self and others accountable for store profitability and operational excellence.
• Have awareness of current promotions, brand initiatives/events, store services, collaborations, and promote them to customers.
• Maintain an awareness of loss prevention, security and safety following the guidelines provided by leadership and/or as outlined in the Associate Policy Manual.
• Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates.

What You'll Bring To The Table...

• Must be able to work the weekend after Thanksgiving AND the days surrounding Christmas
• Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night
