Job summary

Nordik Spa Village is seeking passionate kiosk associates in the Ottawa-Gatineau region to join our holiday season. You will promote and sell spa products and services, meet sales targets, and provide friendly, attentive service to guests.

Positions are full-time or part-time, with a flexible schedule from November 12 to December 26, plus a mandatory training day. Prior customer service experience and bilingualism are assets for designated locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer service.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.
• Bilingualism is an asset for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Inform customers about Nordik Spa Village's services and products.
• Identify customer needs while creating sales opportunities.
• Support the sale and purchase of Nordik gift certificates.
• Welcome and serve high volumes of customers.
• Handle kiosk opening and closing procedures.
• Perform any other related duties.
