Job summary

Ledcor Highways Ltd. seeks enthusiastic team players for winter seasonal road maintenance across Alberta from October 1 to April 30, with potential for year-round work. Candidates with Class 1–3 licenses and a safety mindset are encouraged to apply; training and advancement opportunities are available within Ledcor.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1, 2 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement.
• Clear 3-year driver’s abstract.
• Physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating snowplow or wheel loader is an asset; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment as required.
• Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways and assist with labourer duties.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
