Job summary

Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring for winter seasonal road maintenance across Alberta from October 1 to April 30, with potential for year-round work. Join a team focused on safety, community and growth in a variety of locations across Alberta.

You will operate snowplow trucks and heavy equipment, perform highway maintenance tasks, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Wages start at 27.25–31.75 CAD/hour with premiums for winter ops.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1, 2 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Clear 3-year driver’s abstract.
• Snowplow truck and/or wheel loader experience is a strong asset (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders and other heavy equipment.
• Maintain Alberta highways and assist with labourer duties (crack sealing, pothole repair, etc.).
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
