Landscapers By Nature Ltd. (LBN) is hiring for the winter season in Calgary for part-time, fluctuating shifts with early starts. Snow removal work uses front-end loaders and plow attachments, with a daily focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret maps.
• 3+ years experience operating front end loaders and plow attachments for snow removal.
• Valid Class 5 driver license.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to snow and ice events.
• Prepare and show up for shifts free from drugs or alcohol.
• Clear snow and ice from customer sites using loaders/plows.
• Pile snow in designated locations only.
• Equipment prep and maintenance for next work day.
• Document hazards and report on-site obstacles.
• Wear appropriate PPE and comply with policies.
• Work in all weather conditions with safety and teamwork.
