Job summary

Ferrovial Construction is seeking Snow Plow / Seasonal Equipment Operators in Canada for the October–April season. The role involves removing snow and ice, operating heavy equipment, and maintaining road safety.

A DZ license is required, and experience in road maintenance is preferred. You will work with a team across winter and summer duties, including traffic control, site transport, and potential overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and safety rules.
• Capable of working in varying weather and demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Winter: remove snow/ice using snow removal equipment on roads and bridges.
• Summer: maintain/repair highways, signs, guardrails, lighting and potholes.
• Set up/remove traffic control as required.
• Transport crew and equipment to sites.
• Be available for overtime and emergency rotations.
