Amrize Construction is seeking a Seasonal Skidsteer Operator to join our Edmonton, AB team. The role covers operation, maintenance, and upkeep of skid steer machinery, with a focus on safety, quality, and team collaboration on-site.

The ideal candidate has a valid Class 5 license, 2+ years of skid steer experience, and heavy equipment certifications. This is a physically demanding, on-site position requiring strong teamwork and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required.
• Minimum 2 years of skid steer operating experience.
• Heavy equipment certifications required.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to operate and maintain skid steer machinery.
• Willingness to travel between Edmonton area job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain skid steer machinery following safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and daily equipment checks.
• Assist plant operations and support site activities.
• Monitor material handling and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Contribute to a safe, collaborative team environment.
