Our Seasonal Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience within multiple business channels, including retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel, within a store. Responsibilities include:

• Engaging as part of a high-performing team focused on results
• Building relationships with customers from greeting to post-sale contact
• Demonstrating benchmark selling techniques for retail, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals
• Participating in team selling to meet sales goals
• Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, stock counts, and store-related projects
• Handling cash register operations at the point of sale

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Bending, crouching, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs., and other physical tasks necessary for store operations
• Standing and walking for most of the shift, sometimes up to twelve hours
• Operating a computer and cash register, including manual tasks
• Working at least 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00/hr

Salary is determined based on skills, background, and experience, and may vary by location and prevailing wage laws. Opportunities may exist to work across multiple store locations and brands.
