The Role

Our Retail team is seeking a part-time seasonal sales associate for our Carrefour Angrignon location. Join our rapidly growing team at JD Sports Canada and enhance your customer service skills while gaining valuable experience in the fashion industry. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences and supporting the success of our store.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting room upkeep.
2. Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
3. Resolve customer issues effectively and promptly at the store level.
4. Stay current on product and service updates.
5. Engage with customers about culture, including fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
6. Process and assemble online store orders.
